GETTING STARTED: IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.

Here are some important points to note before you get started.

Please watch the video for a full explanation.

1. Frequency of listening.
Ideally each recording you start should be listened to atleast twice/ day for minimum 7 days for new neuropathways to build and bring ease to the body. The more days you continue listening the stronger the mind-body connection gets!

2. Listening to more than 1 recording at a time.
Ideally each recording should be listened to at a designated time, try not to listen to different recordings back to back rather assign a different time slot for each recording if you wish to address more than 1 symptom at a time. Imagine it like gardening...each seed you plant needs its own time and care to sprout...each recording is a new positive seed you are planting in the subconscious mind which should be planted at different times for it to get nurtured properly.

3. Best time to listen.
Other than the sleep recording, all recordings can be listened to anytime. Sleep recording ofcourse should be listened to only when you are in bed ready to sleep!

4. Best way to listen.
Listen with headphones on (if possible) to experience the depth of your subconscious, while resting at a quiet place where you will not be
disturbed.

IMPORTANT: Never listen to these recordings while driving or working with any tools/ machinery which needs your conscious focus on that task.
