When you go in deep within, your mind will always showcase to you information that is in the form of metaphorical images. We recommend you to actively journal and note down what you saw and felt. Over the course of the next 12 days, as more doorways of your mind open up, you will begin to gain clarity about what you saw. It will become clearer each day what that resource was. You should simply continue your onward journey onto Day 2 and beyond. You are on your way to unfolding your own magic.

Sit comfortably in a relaxed position. Inhale and take a slow, deep breath through your nose and exhale slowly and deeply through your mouth as if blowing a balloon. What is the total duration of this program?
The total duration is 13 days online with 25-35mins each day of video based learning. This is followed by a 90-day routine which involves 20min of morning and 30 mins of evening exercises designed to convert the knowledge into tangible results you can feel.
Should I view each day separately over 13 days, or can I watch all segments together?
This is an intense, self transformation program. It is recommended to watch each segment over 13 days.
Each segment provides a progressively deeper understanding and on some days you will go through Guided Cathartic Visualization exercises, Power Breathing and Power Posture exercises. The body requires time to assimilate and integrate and therefore it is recommended to follow the 13 days.
What time of the day is recommended to view and undertake the exercises?
You may view anytime during the day. Just ensure you have 30-40 mins of time dedicated for this without any disturbances.
Since there are Cathartic Visualizations, Power Breathing and Power Posture processes on some days, it is recommended to begin before meals and preferably not too late in the night.
If I cannot view over 13 continuous days, is it ok if there’s a break in between?

Can I view the program with my family or partner?

When is it recommended to do the 90-day Daily Dose?
After completion of the 13 day program, it is recommended that you commence and complete the 90-day Daily Dose.
For your convenience, we have provided easy to access Morning and Evening segments which you can view for guidance.
The morning segment will take just 20 minutes each day and includes Power Breathing and Power Posture exercises. It is recommended to do these before eating.

There was a break of a few days during the 13 day persiod. Should I start from the beginning or continue with the next day?
That depends on you. If you still feel connected to the work done during the previous days, you may continue to the next day.
If you feel completely disconnected from the work done during the previous days, you may want to repeat watching the videos and redoing the exercises. Or you may just repeat the exercises only.
After doing the stretching exercises, I have some stiffness or soreness. Shall I continue?
The Power Posture exercises are extremely low impact and should not cause any physical discomfort. It is highly recommended that if you do have any existing conditions with your physical body that hamper you from doing these exercises, you should consult your physician if you should undergo these processes or take certain precautions.
If you do not have any existing conditions, but you have begun these exercises after being physically inactive for an extended period, your body may need time to get used to the exercises. Depending upon the severity of the level of your physical discomfort, it is entirely your decision whether you wish to continue or seek the guidance of your physician.

Ideally, it is highly recommended that you maintain consistency in doing the morning and evening routines as the best results will unfold when the body’s muscle memory and the subconscious mind’s replication process is repeatedly harnessed for the full 90 days.
However, a short gap will not stop the process of transformation and it will be fine to continue and make up the lost days to complete the 90 day journey.

How will I know if anything has shifted for me?
The extent of shifts or personal transformation you will experience, depends on where you began. What was your original state of mindset, behavior and how did you react to certain situations.

Should I continue the morning and evening routines after 90 days?
